What is your Return Policy?

At Bongo Republic Online Store, we want you to love and enjoy what you order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. Returned items must come back to us in their original condition (not washed or worn).

You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain and items on sale. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item.

To submit a refund request, login to your account and click "View the orders I have made." Under each product you ordered, you will see a link to submit a return. Once you fill out the return form, you will be given a RMA number that you can use to track your return. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you will need to submit a return form and receive a RMA number within 7 days of package arrival. Express mail is the guaranteed overnight service offered by the UPS. Rates begin at $16.65. Priority Mail.

Priority mail is expedited two-day shipping service to most locations. The minimum charge is $5.20. Parcel Post.

This service Delivery goal is 2-9 days, but may take more than 2 weeks.The minimum charge for this service is $7.24.
